Koshinohana

From their brewery in Niigata
prefecture which was founded in 1869, Koshinohana-shuzo's brewers craft their original sake using groundwater from Shinano river which is the longest river in Japan.
The brewery's signature product “Koshinohana” means “Superior flower of Niigata prefecture”. The sake has a very fragrant Ginjo-smell because of the use of Kobo (sake yeast) manufactured at the brewery.
Koshinohana-shuzo has received many awards in Japan. This is a testament to their brewing methods, which consistently produce the best sake every year.
